April 2009 Southeast Gathering Mobile Gallery Launch

Bringing Charlie's images of Meher Baba and the mandali to a wider audience is a new emphasis for Mills studio this year. Charlie is now available to travel to Baba groups and special events to share his paintings of Meher Baba. His custom built display is pictured below at the 2009 Southeast Gathering. Call or email to discuss arrangements.

The exhibit at the Southeast Gathering this year included several examples of Giclée Prints and original paintings. People are also able to view over 50 4x6 positives of paintings that are available for giclée prints on a light box display, pictured in the foreground.

The track-lit display is ten feet by eight feet and can be set up in a large room or porch as a background or a main feature for special events. Charlie's work is available to view from all sides, decreasing the space necessary to set up his traveling collection.

February 2009 Baba's Birthday Show at Meher Center

In February, celebrating Meher Baba's 115th birthday, the Meher Center hosted an exhibit of Charlie's new paintings and prints of older paintings of Meher Baba. The prints are museum quality giclées, archivally printed on canvas, ready to stretch and frame like the originals. These prints revive work not often seen as well as making personally available some public images of Baba.
