Charlie Mills has drawn and painted since his early childhood in Greensboro, N.C. He received a BFA in commercial art at VCU in Richmond, VA, and did graduate work in painting at the University of California at Santa Barbara. A professional artist for over 35 years, he has produced graphic design for advertising publications, murals for schools and business, and magazine illustrations. Perhaps his best work, Charlie's portraits are owned by over 150 collectors all over the U.S. He and his wife Linda, a school teacher, have lived in the Myrtle Beach area since 1982. |
